TRAINING SUPERVISOR
  • Female; not more than 28 years old; graduate of Psychology or Business Management from a reputable school
  • With at least 3 years experience in the development and management of behavioral & skills training; conducts management & leadership development programs in a restaurant/service industry
  • Excellent oral and written communication both in English and Tagalog, analytical, organized at work, can perform task with minimum supervision
  • Proficiency in computer operations using MS applications
  • Can work on long hours and willing to do field work
RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGERS (RGM)
  • Graduate of Business Management or Hotel and Restaurant Administration
  • 25 to 35 years old; at least 3 to 5 years experience as Restaurant Manager or Store Manager in a restaurant or customer service-oriented industry
  • Capacity to lead people; proficiency in dealing with guests; excellent record in sales generation; experienced in managing restaurant properties and supplies
  • Knowledgeable in analyzing financial statements
SHIFT MANAGERS (SM)
  • Graduate of Business Management or Hotel and Restaurant Administration
  • 21 to 25 years old; experience in a supervisory or a managerial position in a restaurant or customer service-oriented industry is an advantage
  • Proficiency in dealing with guests; leadership qualities in handling people
